Hello! I am Julee Ward.

With more than 17 years of professional photography experience, I’ve had the privilege of capturing everything from weddings, families, seniors, and newborns to luxury homes, businesses, and commercial properties. Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships with real estate professionals and business owners who trust me to showcase their properties and projects in the best possible light.

 

Today, I call Carlisle, Ohio home, where I live with my husband, Josh, and our four children. In February 2026, we made the cross-country move from the beautiful Oregon coast to the Midwest, bringing my passion for photography and storytelling with me.

 

One of the things I love most about real estate photography is that no two properties are ever the same. From older homes filled with stories and character to modern architectural masterpieces, every space has a story to tell. I enjoy highlighting the details that make each property unique and helping buyers, homeowners, and visitors envision themselves within those spaces.

 

And then there’s the view from above.

 

What started as a birthday gift from my husband—a drone I never expected to use professionally—grew into a whole new chapter of my career. Today, I’m a licensed FAA Remote Pilot, providing aerial photography and videography that showcases properties from a completely different perspective. I also used these skills as a volunteer drone pilot for the Nehalem Bay Fire & Rescue.

 

Sometimes getting the perfect shot requires thinking outside the box. When FAA airspace restrictions prevented drone flights for a recent listing, I literally took to the skies in a helicopter to capture the property’s stunning acreage and surroundings. Whether it’s a drone, a camera, or even a helicopter, I’m always willing to find creative solutions to tell a property’s story.

 

Photography has given me the opportunity to see incredible places, meet amazing people, and capture moments and spaces that matter. I hope your visit here inspires you, and I look forward to helping tell your story.
