Distance Charge

Anywhere within 35 miles of Nehalem (97131 zip code) is included with the shoot. Going beyond this distance will result in an additional fee as follows:

Virtual Staging - $25 / photo

Virtual Staging allows you to present a property as it could be, which helps potential buyers emotionally connect with the home. Additionally, it costs just a fraction of what you'd spend on actual, physical staging.

Twilight Hour Staging- $250/ 10 photos

Experience the beauty of a stunning sunset without the unpredictability of the weather! Our solution allows you to achieve that perfect sunset look effortlessly, so you can enjoy the beauty without any stress. Embrace the elegance and tranquility of the sunset style, anytime you desire.

Reshoot Service - $140

Given the ever-changing weather conditions in the Pacific Northwest, sellers often need to make improvements or stage their properties after the initial photo shoot. If you require additional photographs for any reason, a reshoot service is offered to capture updated images of your listing. This service includes up to ten new photographs, ensuring your property is presented in the best possible light to feature those changes or upgrades.

LICENSING

1. Grant of License

Julee Ward grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for the following purposes:

• Inclusion in portfolio (digital or print)

• Display on website and social media channels

• Attribution to be included where possible (e.g. “Photography by Julee Ward”)

This license does NOT include use for resale, print advertising, editorial, third-party distribution, or commercial product promotion unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

2. Third Party Fee

A licensing fee of $150 (or project dependent) is required prior to delivery of final images. This fee covers usage as described above. Additional uses require a separate license and fee.

3. Copyright & Ownership

All images remain the sole property of the Julee Ward. This agreement does not transfer ownership or copyright. The Licensee is granted usage rights only as specified in this agreement.

4. Restrictions

• Images may not be altered, resold, or given to third parties.

• Images may not be used in any defamatory, misleading, or unlawful manner.

• No filters or editing that alters the style or quality of the work may be applied without written permission.

5. Term

This license is valid for perpetual use unless otherwise stated, and applies only to the Licensee named above.\

By using the images, the Licensee agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.

Image Delivery & Archival Policy

Once payment has been received, the licensed images will be made available for download via your client gallery.

Julee Ward Photography retains both the original RAW files and the final edited images for up to one year following the delivery of your gallery. However, the online client gallery will remain active for three months from the initial download date, after which it will be removed from our system.

We recommend downloading and securely storing your files promptly, as retrieval after the gallery expiration may not be guaranteed.
